The Bill of Rights and the Constitution do NOT give us any rights. They simply state that these basic rights are given to us by our creator. The Sole Purpose of the Bill of Rights is to Restrict Government.
 
Too many Americans don't know Our Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Or take time to read one of the most significant documents of it's time, the united States Declaration of Independence. You always hear about the first parts of the second paragraph (that we have a right to life, liberty and a pursuit of happiness). Read the second half of that paragraph. Here it is (the bold print): 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

1. Getting my dog fixed-------->No, you are getting it broken, all the reproductive plumbing was working before you went to the vet!

2. Putting my dog down-------->If you're putting it down, when is he getting up? If you put him to sleep, what time is he waking up. You are having it killed. It may be for humane reasons, but it's what's happening.

3. Willie Brown is an African American-------->He was not born in Africa. He is just an American, and not a very good one, either.

4. She's visually challenged------->She is blind. It's not derogatory it's just a fact.

Slick Willy may have escaped removal this time, but this PO'd American knows that in his thirst for power, he will make even bolder grabs for power and there will be more scandals that he can't walk away from. No matter what he does, his presidency will go down as the most corrupt in history.

You gotta watch what people say. I heard a press conference with Mr. Clinton, and he was asked how he was going to fund one of his giveaway programs. He said:

"We plan to establish a new broad base funding mechanism"

That means he's going to establish a new tax. Politically Correct! Calling something a nice pretty name so noboby knows what you're talking about, unless they analyze the words you use! Base is the tax base, or payer. Broad Base means he's gonna tax as many of us as he can. Funding mechanism is the tax! Wake up America! He's really good.
